Protection of Biodiversity
Comenius Project 2012-2014

The overall aim of the project is to make students aware of the care and protection of the environment and of the formation of the European consciousness to share problems and solutions. The main content is the investigation of the local ecosystems and the determination of different species which live there. Students should determine the species which are in danger of extinction and search and discuss possible solutions how to protect the European biodiversity, learn more information about climate change, pollution,desertification and extensive agriculture.All the production of materials is done through cooperative partnership using English, Spanish and German. Students will present their products during different project meetings which will take place in each school during the two years of cooperation. Due to the interdisciplinary topic , the teachers of nature sciences as well as teachers of foreign languages can integrate the topic in their education.
